We have provided these rates and times as a frame of reference, however, we are always happy to be flexible to fit your needs. If you need hours outside of what we have listed, then please do not hesitate to contact us. We are always open to discussing hourly rates, extended hours, and anything else that will help us serve you.

4PM – 10PM: $250
All Day: $300
WEEKEND OR HOLIDAY*
8AM – 2PM: $400

* Friday evening is considered weekend for pricing

We want everyone to have a great experience with 211 Event Space, so we have created some rules for the benefit of our neighbors and your safety.
We do ask that there is no smoking inside the 211 building.
We all love our furry friends, however we do ask that your friends stay behind for this event.
No Live Music
We offer an excellent sound system and free use of Sonos for your music needs.
Outside alcohol must be provided by a licensed, insured provider.
Terms & Conditions
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 48 hours prior to event.
Damage Protection Policy
A pre-authorization of USD 100.00 is due 0 days before arrival and released 3-5 business days after departure.
